Just e-mail us the pertinent info: item number,item name, price, if more than one, how many,  
shipping cost (see chart below) unless it is one of the exceptions where we 
calculate actual cost; gift wrap and Tennessee tax if applicable;
 name, mailing address, e-mail address and method of 
payment.

We will reply to acknowledge your order and to give you the address to send payment if you are paying by check or money order and shipping costs if you are purchasing any of the items where we calculate actual cost. Or call us at (615) 383.2124.

These fees include insurance,except on lace. We will insure lace for additional $1.10 upon request.
